1. Services

SriLankaVisa (eenmanszaak) (KvK 94613141) arranges, for a service fee, the review and submission of your Sri Lanka ETA application. We are an independent commercial party and are not affiliated with the government of Sri Lanka.

2. Prices

The price shown is a service fee including VAT. Any official government charges are payable by the applicant, unless stated otherwise.

3. Responsibility of the applicant

You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided. We check for visible errors, but cannot verify data with third parties.

4. No guarantee of approval

The decision to grant an ETA lies solely with the Sri Lankan authorities. A refusal does not entitle you to a refund of the service fee.

5. Liability

Our liability is limited to a maximum of the amount you paid. We are not liable for consequential damage such as missed flights or booked accommodation.

6. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to all agreements.
