Full refund

• Your application has not yet been processed and you cancel by email
• We are unable to submit your application due to an error on our part
• A duplicate payment was made for the same application

No refund

• The application has already been submitted to the Sri Lankan authorities
• The application was refused based on your personal circumstances or details
• You have provided incorrect information
• You decide not to travel after all

Right of withdrawal

Because we start execution immediately, by completing payment you agree that the statutory right of withdrawal lapses as soon as the service has been performed.

Send your request with your reference number to info@srilankavisa.nl. We respond within 3 working days; approved refunds are paid back within 10 working days.
