What data do we process?

• Personal details: name, date of birth, place of birth, nationality and gender
• Passport details: number, issue and expiry date
• Contact details: email address, phone number and address
• Travel details: arrival date, address of stay and purpose of travel
• Payment details: processed by our payment provider, we do not store card numbers

Purpose and legal basis

Your data is used to perform the agreement: reviewing and submitting your ETA application to the competent authorities of Sri Lanka and providing customer service.

Online meting en advertenties

Wij meten met Google Ads (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Dublin 4, Ierland) hoe bezoekers onze website gebruiken en of onze advertenties leiden tot een aanvraag of aankoop. Daarvoor plaatsen wij een meetcode van Google die uw IP-adres, surfgedrag en (bij een afgeronde aanvraag) het bestelbedrag verwerkt. Deze gegevens worden gepseudonimiseerd en kunnen ook in de Verenigde Staten worden verwerkt. U kunt het plaatsen van cookies blokkeren via uw browserinstellingen; advertenties worden dan niet gemeten.

Retention period

Application data is retained for a maximum of 12 months after completion of your application. We retain financial records for 7 years in accordance with the statutory retention obligation.

Security

All data is transmitted encrypted via SSL and stored in a secure environment with strict access controls.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correction, erasure and objection. Please email info@srilankavisa.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
